I didn’t start in a boardroom.

I started in the trenches—high-pressure fast growing contact centers/BPOs where every decision impacted customers, employees, and the bottom line in real time.

 

I saw firsthand how staffing gaps, poor forecasting, disconnected systems, and constant firefighting drained leaders, frustrated employees, and quietly killed profit.

Instead of accepting it as “just the way it is,” I made it my mission to fix it.

Two Decades of Doing the Work

For over two decades, I’ve led global Workforce Management and Shared Services teams across multiple countries—designing systems, training teams, scaling technology, driving change, and aligning operations with business strategy.

 

Along the way, I learned what works, what doesn’t, and why most companies never fully unlock the potential of their Workforce.

Even at the executive level, the same challenges kept resurfacing—only more intensified by today’s evolving environment: hybrid work, labor shortages, rising customer expectations, and the rapid shift toward AI and automation.

Small and mid-sized businesses feel it the most—expected to do more with less while still maintaining engagement, compliance, customer experience, and performance.
