From the Frontlines
I didn’t start in a boardroom.
I started in the trenches, high-pressure fast growing contact centers/BPOs where every decision impacted customers, employees, and the bottom line in real time.
I saw firsthand how staffing gaps, poor forecasting, disconnected systems, and constant firefighting drained leaders, frustrated employees, and quietly killed profit.
Instead of accepting it as “just the way it is,” I made it my mission to fix it.
Two Decades of Doing the Work
For over two decades, I’ve led global Workforce Management and Shared Services teams across multiple countries - designing systems, training teams, scaling technology, driving change, and aligning operations with business strategy.
Along the way, I learned what works, what doesn’t, and why most companies never fully unlock the potential of their Workforce.
What I Noticed
Even at the executive level, the same challenges kept resurfacing - only more intensified by today’s evolving environment: hybrid work, labor shortages, rising customer expectations, and the rapid shift toward AI and automation.
